A white wine from Piedmont, Italy. From the fresh scent with a slight herbaceous edge. Notes of sage, jasmine, acacia, in addition to the sweet scent of green apple & white peach. It's great as an aperitif, and pairs well with appetizers, pasta dishes (especially risotto) & fish.
