At first glance this wine looks like a rosé, but it is actually an orange wine! Domo Arigato is a skin contact Pinot Grigio, a white grape that actually can be a bit gray in color on the vine, hence the word "grigio". That gray skin when fermented with the juice of the grape, turns the wine a pinkish hue. The wine tastes like a freshly picked strawberry, with some tannins on the end.
