This wine is composed of 63% Chardonnay as the base and amplified & brightened by 25% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Melon de Bourgogne.

The wine is aptly named given its bright acidity & dazzling aromas! Pineapple notes run up against tart lemon & mango flavors, chalk, fresh tyme and a touch of leesy brioche.

The grapes are sourced from both the Applegate a valley & the Willamette Valley and portions of the profits from the wine go to Oregon Wild -- a non profit that champions the preservation of wild places throughout Oregon.
