The Domaine Gallety is located in the Cotes du Vivarais AOC pretty much in the middle of the northern and southern Rhone regions and their iconic wines reflect the characteristics of both regions. The cooler climate and relatively early harvests produce mineral driven wines with great acidity and balance of freshness and lusciousness!

Alain Gallety is renowned  in the Vivarais for the high quality of all of his wines from entry level to single vineyard cuvées. His Vivarais Blanc is a blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Marsanne, and 20% Roussanne and bursts with citrus flavors and orchard fruit. The vines average 40 years old which provides complexity and deep fruit extraction. The grapes are hand harvested, fermented together, and aged 4to 8 months before bottling.

Medium bodied with a slightly oily texture, as is typical of white wines from this region, this wine has tremendous versatility with many dishes.
