Cococciola is a unique white variety only found in Umbria. A fantastic food pairing wine with great versatility. The Ciavolich family started making wine. in 1853 when Francesco Ciavolich built in his first winery opposite his private residence to work independently grapes that came from the surrounding lands. The vineyards are still farmed by his descendants to this day.
