Winemaker Chris Brockway & libation-logistics-guru Tim Elenterny source grapes from the Kevin Olson Vineyards & Wheeler Vineyards – two of the coolest vineyards in California – to produce an affordable & pure expression of California’s iconic grape. 

The grapes are harvested late, directly pressed & barrel fermented in neutral French oak for seven months. Full malolactic fermentation occurs giving the wine a nice balance of depth & acidity. Grapefruit peel & butter intermingle with a lemony acidity & flavors of nectarine & pear along with intriguing chalky aromas.
