Paolo and Giovanni Occhipinti, two names synonymous with Sicilian organic viticulture, established Le Fontane in 2022 with the release of Cerasuolo di Vittoria. The wine is made up of 50% Nero d’ Avola and 50% Frappato from the Vittoria DOCG, Sicily’s most prestigious viticultural designation.

Aged in Slavonian oak for two years and six months in the bottle, the wine is vibrant with juicy red fruits of cherries, strawberries , and pomegranate. Floral notes of violets, island herbs, and spice accentuate the wine’s soft tannic structure.
