From the brewer: "a Centennial hop pale ale with mixed culture and dry hop.  The last of three single variety “Vermont Hop Project” beers with support from Champlain Valley Hops in Starksboro. Started with Fig.2 (Chinook), then Fig.5 (Cascade) and now this. Similar to the Chinook, with less age in barrels."
