Sergio Lou is a 4th generation producer whose family winery since its inception in the early 1900’s has practiced no-chemical farming and minimal intervention in the cellar. The vineyards are located in the sparsely populated southeast coast of the island. Cadedu’s vines average 25-50 years old provide a depth and complexity to the fruit and the decomposed granite soils keep the wine fresh.

Baking spices and smoke mingle with red plums and raspberries. The wine is rustic and bright and will pair up beautifully with all things grilled!
