Sunspell is a wine developed by Legend founders Jane Lopes and Jonathan Ross, in collaboration with two of their winemakers on the ground in Australia. It is a cabernet sauvignon sourced from three regions in South Australia – Barossa, Coonawarra, and Riverland – that is meant to be as bright and cheery as the name implies. There’s no overextraction, no new oak (in fact, no oak at all), no high alcohol levels. It’s a cabernet sauvignon for the picnic, the poolside, and the every day.
