Alice Brut Doro Nature is made from 100% Glera grapes organically grown in the Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG. In the method often used for prosecco, this wine is made using the Charmat method where secondary fermentation occurs in tanks. Delicate bubbles with flavors of lemon, citrus, green apple, and pear, this is a high quality example of Prosecco.
