About 50% Roussanne, 50% Grenache Blanc. This is pretty light in weight compared to what a lot of folks introduce with this same grape blend. I Like the fresher, saltier side of these grape varietals, particularly grown in this area, and I try to always lead with that. Pairing Note: I like this wine with salads, fish, chicken, and anything Asian.
