Céline and Nicolas, originally from Alsace, got their oenology degrees and settled into the village of Les Brureaux in Chenas. They operate 5 hectares of vines mainly in Chénas on old hillsides composed of granite. Céline and Nicolas perform all the work themselves, from the vineyard, up to the cellar and trade. The wines are made naturally, harvested by hand and no added yeast or filtering. They use the traditional Beaujolais winemaking method of carbonic maceration, whole cluster fermentation, which makes super fruity and fresh wines.
