The wines of Giuseppe Cortese are every Piedmont aficionado’s dream. Located in the heart of the famous Rabajà zone, this small, family-owned winery is known for producing exquisitely balanced wines. This Barbaresco is fermented in concrete tanks and aged in used Slavonian oak tanks, preserving the purity of the fruit. This is a special wine that can be held onto but I recommend decanting and drinking it within the next 5 years.
