Direct pressing for the Mourvèdre, short maceration for the Grenache. Domaine Marie Bérénice is in the heart of the Bandol appellation, a few miles west of Saint-Tropez. The Mouvedre grapes vines are bush trained, gnarly and old. Damien Roux is the winemaker and owner, who named the winery after his daughter.
