The Les Lunes Astral Blend is made up of 40% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 20% Zinfandel, 10% Grenache, and 5% Syrah. The Les Lunes philosophy is to put the emphasis on the vineyards- preserving the microbes on the grapes and in the soils to produce more complex wines that don’t need stabilizing during the winemaking process.
