100% Ploussard Sustainable, hand harvested and naturally fermented using indigenous yeasts. The bouquet is delicate with wild aromas of red currant, strawberries and a hint of smokiness. The wine is light on the palate, with great acidity and fine tannins. It has flavors of raspberry, bitter cherry, and red currant with a touch of gaminess on the back end. It is a really great Ploussard that is precise but at the same time rustic. With cured meats, particularly air dried ones like bresaola, this wine will sing; it will also stand up nicely to steak tartar or beef carpaccio.
