Sparkling Hard Cider - 7% - Light, Bright, & Fun

"What is Appsecco®? We want to say it’s sparkling hard cider, but our Appsecco® is not your average sparkling hard cider. We start with our own heirloom apples. Eighteen varieties. Our trees have never met any chemicals.  We press the apples usually in late September, sometimes earlier because of climate change.  Sustainability is at the core of our process. We use a 100-year-old, hand-cranked  wooden press located deep in the woods at the edge of the electric grid.  We let the juice ferment over the winter.  After the snowy season ends, we bottle.   Straightforward but it takes a lot of time when you do everything by hand."
