From the producer: With this offering we honor the bees. Apiary is a very special bottling featuring our own farm raised honey and the very best apples of the 2022 harvest. We started by creating a field blend of our favorite bittersweet and sharp, cider-specific apples, combined with enough golden russet apples to provide rich flavor and structure. After a full winter of aging, this sparkling cider is bottled with a touch of honey. The result is a fruity, delicate, and floral drink that is light on the palate with a lively sparkle.
