Jose Angel Martinez is the winemaker presiding over 850 hectares of ecological farmland & vineyards in the Almansa district of the Castilla y Leon region.

Jose blends indigenous Verdejo & Sauvignon Blanc from 18 year old vines for a clean & bright wine where the tropical fruits on the nose carry over onto the palate. The mouth watering fruit of the lime, kiwi, & passionfruit provide a persistent pop from the Sauvignon Blanc (77%) & the Verdejo (23%) drives the aromatic intensity & length.
