Another delightful California rarity! Sourced from two unique sites in the northern Russian River Valley and San Benito County AVA’s, the grapes are whole cluster pressed and fermented and aged in concrete eggs with native yeasts used to complete primary and malolactic fermentation.

Aromatic, bright, & pure, the wine is reminiscent of Chablisienne in style with layers of floral aromatics & wet rock minerality.
