Unique Ale - 4.1% - brewed w/ Taalainmaa Wheat - Sweet Currant & Dried Lily

"A single origin ale brewed with Taalainmaa, an ancient wheat variety that evolved in the pure Arctic climate.

The variety was discovered in Dalarna, Sweden and has no fixed height, uniform color or predictable yield.

It is thought that these seeds were brought to Dalarna starting in the 16th century by the 'Forest Finns', a group of resilient folks from Finland that were encouraged by the Swedish Crown to settle their vast northern forests for the first time.

These seeds were brought along for their journey.
