So, heck yeah, we're DOING IT AGAIN, YOU GUYS. A wine & cheese pairing featuring Jasper Hill was the very first event I hosted in The Tasting Room back in ye olden days of 2023 and we've done it EVERY SINGLE YEAR since then. And every single time it SELLS OUT REALLY QUICKLY.

Wine Club members, there are 10 tickets available now. Max of 2 per member for this one. For everyone else, well, you could join WINE CLUB right now and claim some tickets. Otherwise, they'll be available at noon on Saturday, 7/11 (like the store!).

TELL THEM ABOUT THE EVENT, SAM -- Okay, because last year was the third time I'd brought in Jasper, I thought we'd kick it up a notch by calling in a ringer to select & present the wine pairings -- Vermont's own Master Sommelier David Keck! And, man, that was NOT A MISTAKE. Pairings were blessed (that's what the kids say, right?).

But what I couldn't have known was that Jasper would be sending down Samuel to present the cheeses and that the true perfect pairing of the evening would be Samuel & David themselves. The two of them had the whole room leaning in to learn more details about the wines & cheeses, then falling back in their chairs laughing at their banter. These two would tour the vaudeville circuit if that was still a thing.

Anyway, at the risk of OVERSELLING this event, it's going to be the GREATEST EVENING OF YOUR LIFE. Five wines, five cheeses, knowledge, smiles, bread from Red Hen Baking, & general merriment. All that for just $65 per person.
