How do you take what is already a great evening in The Tasting Room & make it truly special?
We've hosted Jasper Hill Farm in The Tasting Room twice before, and each time the conversation about the cheese making process, learning about how pairings were chosen, then exploring how the wines & cheeses interact have been crowd favorites. But this year we've called in a ringer to select & present the pairings -- Vermont's own Master Sommelier David Keck!
If you don't know David here's a brief bit of background -- besides being one of only 279 Master Sommeliers in the world, he's also a Juilliard trained opera singer & now operates his own vineyard here in Vermont making wines under the Stella14 label. More importantly, he also has two extremely cute sheep dogs*.
