This one is long overdue -- I first met Britt & Luke of Salt + Rind before The Tasting Room was open. I'm a huge fan of what they've built over in Waterbury & I wanted to have exactly the right reason to for them to come spend an evening over here in Middlesex.

Welp, now's the time because there's no better pairing for seafood than sparkling wine & no one has a better book of sparkling wines than Kermit Lynch! I'm so excited that Lisa Strausser, the New England Sales Manager for Kermit Lynch, will be hosting this 6 COURSE SEAFOOD FEAST w/ WINE PAIRINGS on Thursday, December 11th at 6pm.

Whether you are looking to taste some sparklers that may make it onto your holiday or NYE list or you're just looking to learn more about the winemaking process behind the different types of sparkling wines, or you just want an amazing meal out with some great company, this is the evening for you.
