There are currently 279 Master Sommeliers in the world. And since I started running events in The Tasting Room around three years ago, we've been lucky enough to have one of them, David Keck of Stella14, host or co-host a number of events.

But on Tuesday, January 20th we're doubling that number all the way up to TWO when we'll be joined by Master Sommelier Robert Jones! He's hosting a comparative wine tasting featuring two flights of four wines -- I'll do the math for you: it's eight different wines!

We're still working on the final line up, but Robert really wanted to give everyone who attends a chance to taste some wines back to back. Think Carignan from California paired with Carignan from France. Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand paired with Sauvignon Blanc from France. Shiraz from Australia paired with...you get it!

It's going to be a blast plus we'll have some great charcuterie boards from our friends at 5th Quarter on the table & bread from our neighbors (and friends) at Red Hen Baking.

And because it's the new year and I know I'm certainly feeling like my wallet (and credit cards) could use a break, this one is just TWENTY FIVE BUCKS a person. That's silly but it's true.
