Described as the perfect wine for circle foods (pizza and burgers!), the wine is a field blend including Zinfandel, Carignan, Petite Syrah and more from vineyards throughout Mendocino County.  Carbonic maceration along with a reverse saignee method increases the juice to skin ratio to make a lighter style red wine.

The wine is generous and lithe with intense fleshy flavors of plum, licorice, raspberries, and cloves. There’s a lingering spiciness on the finish too! Glou Glou is the French slang for gluggable wine and this wine truly lives up to it’s name!
