Organic.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Bois de Boursan was established in 1955 by Jean Verdiso, who planted a 10 hectare domaine where all of the vineyards are situated around the village of Chateauneuf-du-Pape.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is traditional winemaking at its core -- grapes for red wines aren’t destemmed, the cuvaison  extends for 3 weeks, and everything is aged for 18 months or longer.\u003cbr\u003eThis blend is made up of 45% Grenache, 40% Merlot, \u0026amp; 15% Syrah sourced from both Joncquieres \u0026amp; Chateauneuf-du-Pape. There’s freshness \u0026amp; local flair here despite the outlier Merlot, a varietal not usually found in these parts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe red fruits are lifted \u0026amp; there’s an earthy rusticity to the wine.
