Mary Taylor wines is a small highly regarded boutique wine label that showcases the diversity and individuality of sustainable and traditional winemakers throughout Europe.

Adrian de Pablo has combined his background in biochemistry and his family’s 50 year old history of winemaking at his biodynamic winery in Castilla La Mancha. The wine is 100% Tempranillo and benefits from the dramatic temperature fluctuations and location on Spain’s largest underground aquifer.

The wine is beautifully structured with soft chewy tannins and is loaded with plum and cherry flavors and a touch of spice in the finish!
