It spent 3 months in amphora, and the result is funky and delicious. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhat's it like?: This perry smells like the pear skins and the greener notes of tulips and magnolia flowers, with yellow plum and soft acid in flavour. The natural limestone in our amphora softens the acidity, giving Breccia a silken texture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBreccia is quite juicy, but we still wanted to allow the texture and minerality of the clay to shine. It tastes of Bosc pears, clay salinity and plush juice, all interwoven together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e5.2% ABV | 750mL\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIngredients: Pears.
