"I don’t do many collaborations, but when I had the opportunity to go brew with a Greek brewer from the island of Corfu, I couldn’t resist. Part of my family heritage is from Greece and we go back there often to visit. This may be the first (intentional) mixed culture beer produced in Greece. This beer was fermented and matured in Greek wine barrels and refermented on local fruits.
