Located just down the road from the old Middlesex, Vermont train station, our shop is named after the trains that stop in all the small towns between the big cities. Unlike the speed oriented express train, the local gave people time to share stories and talk shop with their neighbors.

At The Local we are pleased to carry wines & beers that are exemplary expressions of their style. Our belief is that all products should be judged by their individual qualities, not their marketing budgets.
